What we collect
When you use the configurator, contact form or newsletter, we collect: your name, organisation, email, phone (optional), and the project / product details you share. When you visit any page, our hosting provider may log your IP and browser user-agent for security purposes.
How we use it
We use your enquiry information to respond to your request — preparing a quote, scheduling a call, sending a brochure. We may follow up over email or phone for related products. We do not sell or share your information with any third party.
How we store it
Enquiries are stored on our internal CRM and email systems. We retain enquiry data for up to 5 years for service follow-up and tender support, after which it is deleted on request.
Third-party services
This website uses Formspree (form submissions), Google Fonts (web fonts), and YouTube (video embeds). These services may set cookies. We do not use ad-tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing info@kelvinindia.in.
